Giacomo Caliendo
Owner
Born and raised in Chicago, Giacomo has built his life and career in the city he proudly calls home. He grew up working in his family’s contracting business, learning the trades alongside his father and developing a deep respect for craftsmanship, integrity, and hard work.
After graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, he co-founded G.Corp, combining formal education with hands-on experience. For more than 25 years, he has built and renovated luxury homes across Chicago’s most desirable neighborhoods, earning a reputation for thoughtful design, meticulous execution, and seamless collaboration with architects, designers, and clients.

Deeply rooted in the city, Giacomo takes pride in contributing to Chicago’s architectural landscape and maintaining long-standing client and trade relationships.
Outside of work, he writes and performs music and enjoys sailing on Lake Michigan—pursuits that reflect the creativity, discipline, focus, and precision he brings to high-end residential construction.
Most importantly, he prioritizes time with his family, valuing weekends and evenings spent supporting his son and enjoying time together at home.
