Mark Kozlowski

As lead developer, Mr. Kozlowski manages new project land acquisition, development, budgeting, and architectural conceptualization and design. Mark possesses over 15 years of experience in real estate development. Previously, in his role as Director of Purchasing at Centex Homes, an S&P 500 international homebuilder, Mr. Kozlowski was directly responsible for plan development, budgeting and purchasing for the Illinois Division. Additionally, Mark was actively involved in land acquisition that enabled the Illinois Division to produce 800 single family, condo, and townhome units annually. Prior to Centex Mr. Kozlowski served as Purchasing Manager for Pasquinelli Inc.

Mr. Kozlowski has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign and is currently an E.I.T. 

Giacomo Caliendo

In his role as financial manager of G.Corp, Mr. Caliendo is responsible for all financial planning and operations of the company and its various projects. His responsibilities include securing investor capital, management of financing through various banking partners, and investor relations. Additionally, as Client Manager, Giacomo acts as direct contact for all G.Corp clients while coordinating interior build-outs. Previously, Mr. Caliendo has acquired ten years of experience in construction as President of Caliendo Inc., a full service mechanical services/HVAC firm. There, Mr. Caliendo obtained significant expertise in all aspects of construction while specializing in design and installation of residential and small commercial mechanical systems. Simultaneously, Mr. Caliendo worked with Caldwood Development and assisted in the completion of SaddleBrook Run; a 150 home site subdivision in Homer Township, Illinois.

Mr. Caliendo has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign.
